MAN-UP Today is founded by Micah Alexander Nelson, a student leader, athlete, and young advocate for financial education and community impact. Micah is a rising high school junior and is active in student government. He is active in fencing, basketball, pickleball, and rowing crew, and he has a strong interest in travel, finance, and helping other young people gain access to knowledge and opportunity. On days off from school, Micah interns at the New York Stock Exchange to deepen his understanding of the financial markets. Through MAN-UP Today, he wants to share what he is learning with students who may not otherwise have the same exposure.
